I recieved a call. To say for some reason this was incorrect and out of stock would be happy to wait a week a delivery. Was due.
I had since checked the size guide and decided to request a larger size.
This duly arrived the following day.

Spoke on the phone to a friendly, helpful chap regarding the availability of a jacket. Placed my order online and was very happy with the product, the price, and next day delivery.

Excellent customer service

Initially concerned over sizing so I completed the email chat box requesting further sizing information. I received a reply that evening from Mark answering my query and apologising for the slow reply.
I placed my order for a gamekeeper pro jacket with matching breeks in turf and they arrived the next day.
Unfortunately I had ordered the short version of the jacket and the XL size was a little snug when wearing a shirt, pullover and waistcoat. Following a pleasant conversation again with Mark, I re-ordered the correct jacket in XXL and returned the original by post. The replacement jacket arrived the next morning and I wore it this morning walking the dog.
I can only congratulate this company on their customer service and will recommend them to all my friends.
