Thank you for purchasing our products at 4 Elements clothing operated by S33KERS LTD.

Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. Unless the order has already shipped, in which case a return process should be followed. 

You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

2. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or use

We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Items sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g. hats, if hygiene seal is removed)
  • Gift cards

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • You are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement
  • Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the item

We will cover the cost of return postage for faulty or incorrect goods.

  2. We will provide return instructions
  3. Send your item to:

Customers are responsible for return postage costs if outside the return window. unless the item is faulty or incorrect.  We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within  3 days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method only due to UK laws.

Original delivery charges will be refunded only if the entire order is returned within the cancellation period.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please return your original item and place a new order.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your card provider (processing times vary)
