    Deerhunter mens waterproof smock

    Yes its waterproof, silent and ideal for what I need. However there are a couple of minor design flaws but I have no confidence they will either be sent to Deerhunter or actioned in any way so you will have to decide yourself!

    I've been looking for a decent smock/anorak for a while. I'm very impressed with the design. A lot of well thought out technical features. Side vent zips for warmer days/exertion, and an ingenious rain-cover flap to keep the contents of the front pocket dry and a decent size 'poachers' pocket at the back. The fabric is more velvety than I had expected and a little shiny. Hopefully that will fade a little with use. The smock also a bit longer than I'd imagined. The size is quite generous. I ordered XL, but could have probably got away with L. Room for a few layers underneath. Perfectly waterproof and absolutely silent. A quality garment. Decent metal 'pop' clasps on the cuffs.

    Very nice light weight smock. Does everything it says on the tin waterproof and windproof more pockets than you know what to do with and silent. Can't fault it. If I was really looking to find fault i would say the material it is made from is the strangest I have ever known if you are the trendy image is everything type then probably not for you. But if you want a really good packable bit of kit it's excellent 👍👍
